About the Role

-Lead commissioning efforts and provide technical guidance on MEP/FP systems.
-Review designs and ensure compliance with project requirements and contractual obligations.
-Oversee the testing, commissioning, and maintenance of MEP/FP systems.
-Develop and maintain commissioning documentation, including reports and checklists.
-Identify and resolve operational issues with MEP/FP systems.
-Prepare Commissioning Plans, specifications, and final reports.
-Track project progress and provide regular updates to clients and stakeholders.
-Lead and mentor the commissioning team to ensure high-quality project delivery.
-Act as the liaison between clients, contractors, and the project team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
8+ years of experience in commissioning and construction administration.
PE, Cx, and LEED certifications are a plus.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
