About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Director of Mechanical Engineering to join a prestigious, Award-Winning firm recognized as one of the ENR Top 100 companies in the industry to oversee a team of engineers in delivering high-quality mechanical designs for major building projects. The director will be responsible for maintaining the technical integrity of projects, ensuring client satisfaction, and managing budgets. The ideal candidate will bring experience and technical knowledge to this collaborative team.
-Manage mechanical engineering teams and oversee project execution.
-Develop strategic goals for the mechanical engineering department.
-Review and approve mechanical system designs, calculations, and specifications.
-Interface with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
15+ years of experience in mechanical engineering with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
PE required.
Strong leadership and client management experience
